Job Description
You’ll manage ER cases with confidence, coach leaders through HR processes, and help drive continuous improvement across the team. If you’re passionate about people, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
What you’ll be doing:
* Take ownership of employee relations cases, from performance and absence management to drafting outcome letters with care and precision
* Be the go-to person for HR queries, offering clear, supportive advice to employees and managers on policies and processes
* Guide and coach managers through HR procedures, helping them feel confident and empowered in handling people matters
* Keep our HR data accurate and reliable, while spotting opportunities to make processes smoother and more efficient
* Work closely with a collaborative HR team, using tools like Fresh Works to track queries and ensure everyone gets the support they need
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Confidence in handling employee relations cases, with sound judgment and the ability to manage sensitive situations thoughtfully
* Strong communication and coaching skills, helping managers feel supported and empowered through HR processes
* A collaborative mindset and team spirit, ready to “back each other” and contribute positively to a close-knit HR team
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring accuracy in HR data and smooth case management

* Experience of HR and employee relationscase management.
* Experience of working within a fast-pacedenvironment where cross departmentalworking is expected and be comfortable withambiguity.
* Flexible attitude and adaptable to changingpriorities and styles depending on businessdemands.
* A strong team player, demonstrates ourvalues of “back each other”.
* Demonstrated ability to multitask withconflicting priorities.
* Proficient in Office 365 programmes.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* Self-motivated and resourceful.
