Field Sales Executive – Sales – Hoddesdon, East Region – Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week – Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K) – £250 per month car allowance – Business travel paid.

* Out and about going door‑to‑door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
* Manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
* Drive your performance – hit and exceed your targets consistently.
* Build relationships second nature, both within the local community and internally.
* Be open to feedback, eager to learn and adapt your approach.
What you will bring
* Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
* Solid sales experience ideally in a face‑to‑face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
* Friendly, confident and enjoy real conversations.
* Confident going solo, thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
