This opportunity is with a reputable organisation within the industrial and manufacturing sector. The company is a medium-sized enterprise, known for its expertise and commitment to delivering quality solutions in its industry. They are now seeking a HR Administrator to join them on a 12-Month fixed term contract on their site in Droitwich with the following the following working hours - 07:30 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 13:00 on Friday.
Description
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation.
Coordinate on-boarding and induction processes for new employees.
Support the HR team with payroll and benefits administration tasks.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements.
Assist in organising training and development programmes.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within Human Resources.
Able to work the following working hours - 07:30 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 13:00 on Friday.
Previous experience as a HR Administrator in a Manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Offer
