Job Description
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Manage staff recruitment processes, including the placement of job ads and candidate screening
* Conduct employee on-boarding and help organise training & development initiatives
* Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
* Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
* Monitor HR department's budget
* Act as the point of contact for labour legislation issues
The Successful Applicant
* Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
* Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
* Strong ethics and reliability
