Remuneration: £38,000 - £43,000
Schedule: 40hr working week (07:30 – 16:00 or 08:00 – 16:30 Monday – Friday)

The role of the Customer Service Manager – Windows & Doors will involve:
* Customer Service Manager position dealing with a high end manufactured window and door systems
* Manage the customer service and order processing teams with circa 3 direct reports
* Offer leadership and actively engage in the development of your team to increase performance, efficiency and succession planning
* Oversee all service functions and encourage consistent and effective communication throughout the team
* Implement effective methods and strategies to enhance performance, productivity, and profitability across various departments
* Assess and manage any service escalations as required
The ideal applicant will be a Customer Service Manager – Windows & Doors with:
* Must have experience within a senior customer service position
* Must have strong people management skills
* Outstanding communication skills across all levels
* Proficient in data analysis and project management
* Ideally will have experience working for a manufacturer
* Must be a people person able to maintain relationships, motivate staff and communicate effectively
