About the Role
At Minster Trust for Education (MITRE), we’re a growing Multi Academy Trust built on collaboration, shared expertise, and a commitment to delivering the very best education for every pupil. With 11 academies, 5000+ students, and 700+ colleagues, we’re expanding, and we’re looking for an HR Officer to join our central HR team.
An opportunity has arisen for an HR Officer to join our small close‑knit team. In this role you will work closely with the HR Manager to help shape and deliver efficient and effective HR advice, guidance and support services to our family of schools (both on and off site) across the Trust. The role is extremely varied covering all aspects of HR and will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to really “add value”.

15 hours per week, all year round - Permanent
Grade
Pro‑rata: £12,171 to £13,661 (NJC Band A Scale Points 23-28)
