This is a key leadership role, ensuring the estate is safe, compliant, sustainable and fit for the future, while supporting the Trusts growth and educational mission.
The Head of Estateswill provide strategic leadership for the Trusts estate, across 11 sites, developing and delivering a multi-year Estates Strategy that incorporates capacity, lifecycle planning and environmental sustainability. You will oversee facilities management services including cleaning, caretaking and catering, ensuring excellent standards and value for money are maintained.
As the Trust lead for Health and Safety, the Head of Estates will ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, manage audits and inspections, and lead on emergency preparedness, business continuity and critical incident planning. You will also oversee capital programmes, estate returns, contractor management and procurement frameworks.
