Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the attraction and engagement of candidates within a defined region, proactively sourcing and selecting appropriate applicants for operational roles across a range of homes. Management of stakeholder relationships, ensuring an efficient and engaging recruitment process, liaising with internal departments as required. Overall reduction of vacancies across an allocated region, impacting retention and reducing reliance on interim or temporary resources. Requirements: Previous experience in recruiting healthcare roles, desirable, but not a must. Experience with LinkedIn and other job platforms. Experience in head hunting and sourcing - Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Exceptional communication skills: confident in conducting telephone and video calls Strong initiative and a proactive approach: ability to work independently and autonomously A positive influence: a true team player, a supporter and mentor of others Organised: able to prioritise workloads effectively, work to deadlines and maintain pace and output Comprehensive IT skills; able to use and update databases correctly and multi-task efficiently (Excel, Word, ATS, Outlook, Teams etc) Benefits: At Achieve together, we see this as more than a job, this is the start of your career journey with us.
