This is a full time and permanent role and is a great opportunity for a HR Graduate with a couple of years experience to join a company that offers career progression as they grow out their HR function. The Company A leading Corporate Law Firm with Grade A office space in Belfast city centre. They are a well known and respected firm and have grown to a headcount of 70 employees, with further growth plans in the pipeline. The Role The role of HR Administrator is an exciting position working alongside the HR Director. They will assist with a range of HR Administration duties as well as getting involved in a number of HR projects. Typical duties will include: Employee Record Management Recruitment coordination & scheduling Assisting with training and induction planning Appraisals, disciplinary, reviews HR Reporting HR Project administration First point of contact for HR queries Providing support to the HR Director.
