Learning Mentor (Welfare Practitioner)
Grade 3 scale point 9-22
Term Time Only, 36.5 Hours per week
Position located at Heathfield Primary School, part of the Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT).
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide mentoring to pupils, focusing on their personal and academic development.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create a supportive learning environment.
* Develop and implement strategies to help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
* Support whole school behaviour, attendance and safeguarding efforts.
* Monitor and report on pupils' progress, ensuring they receive necessary support.

* Proven experience in mentoring and supporting pupils.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
* Passion for education and a commitment to making a difference.
