Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help grow our client base and support existing customers. This is a pivotal role that blends business development with account management and would suit someone who enjoys building long-term relationships while actively seeking new opportunities. You will be involved in the full sales life cycle from cold calling to account management. The role will be office based, but with occasional travel for meetings.
Responsibilities
* New Business Development
o Identify and engage new business opportunities in target sectors (e.g. telecoms, broadcast, defence, infrastructure)
o Develop and manage your own pipeline of prospects
o Lead consultative sales conversations to understand technical training needs
o Prepare and present proposals in collaboration with the technical team
* Account Management
o Act as the main point of contact for existing clients
o Proactively uncover new training needs within accounts
o Maintain and strengthen relationships to increase repeat business
o Ensure client satisfaction and coordinate post-training feedback
Skills
* 1 year of sales experience
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
* Strong relationship builder who can manage multiple accounts effectively
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
* A genuine interest in technology and helping customers solve real-world problems
Nice to Have
* Experience selling into sectors like telecoms, broadcast, defence, or infrastructure
* Familiarity with training, L&D, or technical education markets
* Experience using CRM systems (Pipedrive)
