An opportunity has arisen for an individual that is looking for an exciting HR challenge. If successful, you will be a member of the Clients UK HR Manager Community and will play an integral part in advising and engaging the business.
Your role
* Support the HR Business Partners with delivering the HR strategy and contributing to the people agenda through projects and initiatives including line manager education & training.
* Provide well-constructed advice and solutions to managers, promoting best practice & innovative thinking on Employee Relations case management with resolution at the heart.
* Work to fully understand the business challenges, to enable you as the second tier of HR support to assist your people managers in developing the right people solutions.
* Responsible for data and analytics for your business areas. Carrying out regular and in-depth tracking and reporting to the business on all elements of people data including sickness absence and case management.
Your skills and experience
* Proven experience in a HR generalist role with a good understanding of employment law and proven track record of end to end case management.
* Be able to prioritize effectively and successfully manage multiple cases and small projects whilst working to tight deadlines.
* Thrives in a fast paced environment, is an inquisitive self-starter who is eager to learn.
* Articulate and diplomatic communicator who can engage with a wide network of stakeholders and manage their needs.
* Able to build trusting relationships/stakeholder management through regular engagement.
* Good attention to detail and enjoys working with data with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* An excellent team player with the ability to successfully collaborate with colleagues acting as part of one HR team. CIPD qualified.
* Experience of working with SuccessFactors system would be beneficial.
