An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a unique and prestigious scheme in South Devon. The project includes a refurbishment and construction of an existing structure, with a high-end luxurious finish. This is part of a wider multi-phase development, with future phases offering long term local work.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations
* Oversee subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and to programme
* Maintain exceptional quality standards, particularly with high-end finishes and joinery
* Coordinate works within a live, occupied farm and hotel environment
* Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
* Manage programme, logistics, and sequencing of works
Requirements & Experience
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager on high-quality construction projects
* Background with a Tier 2 contractor (preferred over volume housebuilding)
* Experience in refurbishment, fit-out, or bespoke/high-end builds
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* SMSTS and First Aid at Work (essential)
