Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the Project
As part of Kier Construction, you will be at the forefront of a transformative £750M project that will replace the ageing Barlinnie prison with a state-of-the-art, rehabilitation-focused facility. This modern custodial center will house 2000 inmates and staff, utilizing cutting-edge construction methods to set a new standard in the Scottish construction sector.
Your Responsibilities
In your role as a Senior Site Manager, you will:
* Manage sub-contractors and site logistics to ensure safe, high-quality construction delivery.
* Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements to uphold Kier's health and safety standards.
* Coordinate site activities and creatively resolve emerging challenges.
* Maintain quality standards throughout all construction phases.
* Create and manage accurate site documentation and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Have experience in a management role within a large construction environment.
* Possess excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams.
* Are passionate about maintaining the highest health and safety standards.
* Hold relevant construction qualifications (HND/Degree/SVQ) or have technical trade experience.
* Possess SMSTS certification, a CSCS card, First Aid certification, and a UK driving licence.
