Job Description
3. Lead end‑to‑end Wealth Manager payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
4. Prepare and distribute monthly Wealth Manager statements.
5. Act as the subject matter expert on Wealth Manager reward structures and payroll mechanisms.
6. Partner with Finance, HR, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment across compensation processes.
7. Contribute to the development and enhancement of payroll and reward frameworks.
8. Draft high‑quality documentation; experience writing Board papers is advantageous but not essential.
9. Maintain strong governance, control, and compliance standards.
The Successful Applicant
10. Essential: Experience within the Wealth Management industry, specifically involving Wealth Manager payroll and reward.
11. Hands‑on experience preparing monthly statements.
12. Advanced Excel skills, including modelling and complex data handling.
13. Ability to work autonomously and operate effectively in a pressured environment.
14. Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior leadership.
15. Immediate availability for an interim position with potential to convert to permanent.
