Job Title – Sales Executive
Location – On Site in Newmarket
Salary – £27,000 – £30,000 base salary
OTE (Year 1) – £52,000
What You'll Be Doing
* Selling broadband and connectivity packages to new and existing customers
* Speaking with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions
* Handling enquiries, generating leads, and closing sales confidently
* Hitting (and exceeding!) monthly sales targets and KPIs
* Keeping accurate records using our CRM systems
* Staying up to date with our products, offers, and competitor activity
* Delivering an excellent customer experience while meeting compliance standards
What We're Looking For
* Sales experience (telesales, field sales, retail, or similar)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* A motivated, resilient attitude with a hunger to succeed
* Confidence handling objections and closing deals
* Basic IT skills and experience using sales systems
* Bonus points if you have:
o Experience in broadband, telecoms, utilities, or subscription sales
o Knowledge of fibre or high-speed broadband products
