Site Foreman / Site Manager (Residential Flats)
Contract: Freelance / contract basis with strong potential to become permanent

About the Role
CJ Fox Developments are seeking an experienced Foreman/Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a residential flats project. This is a hands-on role, split between site and office, working closely with the company directors to ensure the project is delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations and oversee subcontractors and direct labour
* Coordinate and sequence works across trades to keep the build moving efficiently
* Liaise with Building Control, warranty providers and client representatives
* Maintain H&S compliance, site records and quality standards
* Work alongside company directors to monitor programme, budget and quality
* Provide clear progress updates and flag potential risks or delays early
* Ensure smooth project delivery in line with agreed timelines
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Manager on residential new build projects (flats preferred)
* Strong knowledge of trades management, sequencing and building regulations
* CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS desirable
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Organised, proactive and able to work independently with director support
