In this pivotal role, you will
* act as lead developer on new projects and Business-as-Usual (BAU) enhancements
* take full ownership of Business Central development tasks
* drive upgrades from On-Prem to SaaS environments
* support and mentor junior developers
* play a key role in improving our development processes and workflows

Technical skills
* 7+ years of experience in AL development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Experience working with a Microsoft Partner
* Strong expertise in Business Central upgrades (On-Prem to SaaS)
* Proficient in using Azure DevOps for version control and structured release processes
* Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
* Solid understanding of Business Central architecture and best practices
* Ability to handle multiple development streams and priorities
Soft skills
* Strong sense of ownership and accountability
* Collaborative mindset and experience mentoring junior developers
* Structured, methodical, and professional approach to work
* Adaptable and patient – comfortable in a continuously improving environment
* Fluent communication skills
Nice to have
* Familiarity with Git workflows, pull requests and branch management in Azure DevOps
* Experience across various Business Central versions
