Event Sales Executive – North America (Pathway to U.S. Event Leadership)
Location: Bristol (Office-based). Working Hours: 2:00pm – 11:00pm, Monday–Friday. Base Salary: £27,000 – £30,000. First-Year OTE: £55,000 – £65,000. Top Performers: £70,000 – £100,000+. Relocation Opportunity: U.S. placement available after a successful initial period.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Event Sales Executive, your mission is to drive revenue growth by building relationships with U.S.-based companies and helping them connect with new opportunities through our exhibitions.
* Identify high-potential U.S. companies and key decision-makers
* Reach out via phone, email, and social channels
* Pitch and sell exhibition stands and sponsorship opportunities
* Manage and grow your own book of business
* Achieve KPIs that lead to fast-track promotion
* Gain deep experience in international event sales and delivery
* Relocate to a U.S. office (based on performance and readiness)
