Job Title: Site Manager

Overview / Summary
We are looking for a Site Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities and Tasks
* Project analysis and the development of technical solutions;
* Preparation of manufacturing and assembly methodologies;
* Planning and controlling construction costs;
* Managing and monitoring assembly on site;
* Managing subcontractors;
* Managing on-site work with the client;
* Ensuring contractual fulfilment project planning and quality;
* Temporary works coordination (advantage point);
* Producing and briefing documentation such as method statements risk assessments H&S and quality plans;
* Conducting regular inspections (safety quality ITP) and follow up on corrective actions;
* Leading by example promoting best practices in safety quality and environmental performance.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
* Degree or Masters in Civil Engineering;
* At least 3 years professional experience in a similar role;
* Knowledge of MSProject Excel and Autocad;
* Proficiency in English;
* Proficiency in Portuguese (advantage point);
* Leadership and time management skills;
* Capacity for initiative and sense of responsibility;
* Organizational and planning skills;
* Communication and interpersonal skills.
