The Opportunity & Role Profile A fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join a large secondary school as its Site Manager (also known as Premises Manager). This role carries significant responsibility for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, security, and cleanliness of the entire campus, leading the site support team. Core Responsibilities & Scope Team Commander: Direct line management and supervision of all Caretaking and cleaning teams, overseeing rotas and performance. Compliance Chief: Full responsibility for site security, statutory H&S checks, and managing risk assessments. Maintenance Planner: Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, supervising external contractors, and managing premises budgets in coordination with the School Business Manager.
