This is a permanent, full-time position based in Burton upon Trent, working Monday to Friday during daytime hours, with flexibility required during peak periods. We offer a competitive salary based on skills and experience, along with a bonus.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the and ensuring operations align with company culture, values, strategy, and budget.
Key tasks:
* Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery
* Anticipate client needs and optimize resources for consistent service
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Oversee daily site operations and resolve issues quickly
* Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
* Identify opportunities for revenue growth
* Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance
* Monitor and enhance health and safety standards

* Coach and develop team members’ skills

Profile:
* Extensive experience in 3PL logistics operations (fashion and e-commerce highly preferred)
* Proven ability to lead larger teams and manage temporary workforce
* Strong financial management skills (budgets and revenue)
* Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills
* Strategic thinker focused on operational excellence and improvement
* Health & Safety compliance expertise
* Ability to manage change and drive transformation
