Wedding & Event Sales Executive Location: Morden Hall, London
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
The Opportunity Morden Hall is seeking a Wedding & Event Sales Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial enquiry through to contract completion. You will work with prospective clients to understand their requirements, conduct venue show rounds, and secure bookings while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
This is a target-driven position that requires strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients and enquiries efficiently. It is an ideal opportunity for a sales professional with previous experience in event or venue sales who is looking to develop further within a well-established and respected venue.
Key Responsibilities Conduct professional, tailored show rounds for potential wedding and event clients.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Manage the sales process from enquiry to contract, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.

Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming enquiries by phone and email.

Negotiate pricing and packages to maximise revenue while maintaining brand standards.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development activities.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.

Represent Morden Hall at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

About You Proven experience in event or venue sales (minimum 12 years preferred).

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.

Confident negotiator with a professional and client-focused approach.

Strong administrative and IT skills (CRM experience desirable).

Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends where required.

About Morden Hall Morden Hall is a Grade II listed 18th-century country house set within 125 acres of National Trust parkland, just 30 minutes from Central London. Since its restoration in 2015, it has operated as a premium wedding and event venue, offering multiple function spaces, an on-site bar, and 10 guest bedrooms.
