Role Overview
As an internal Clinical Recruiter, you will have a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience from identifying, attracting and sourcing to building highly effective pipelines. You will influence and guide hiring managers with recruitment best practice with diversity and inclusion at the forefront.
This is a fast-paced role recruiting across our Health Services business into our Health Clinics, Hospital and diagnostic centres.
What You’ll Do
* Manage full lifecycle from requisition, search and selection, through to offer management and acceptance.
* Create job adverts and posting on a range of platforms.
* Source candidates from various job boards for harder to fill roles.
* Initial vetting of applications to assess suitability.
* Ensuring Workday is always up to date to show the process of the candidate's journey.
* Schedule in telephone screening calls with candidates.
* Arrange interviews between Hiring Managers and candidates.
* Chase up for interview feedback.
* Provide a weekly update to senior stakeholders to discuss progress and engage in a partnering role with them.
* Work with Onboarding to ensure compliance documents are correct at point of offer.
* Build and maintain passive and active candidates in the pipeline for future hiring needs.
* Working as part of a team and being able to cover handovers for peers when they’re on annual leave.
* Champion diversity and inclusion, adopting a fair and inclusive hiring process.
What You’ll Bring
* Demonstrable experience of managing high volumes of professional roles, whilst working to tight deadlines and achieving stretching targets.
* In-depth experience of direct sourcing, across a broad range of channels and methodologies.
* Experience of utilising and maintaining an ATS, ideally Workday.
* Experience as an internal recruiter.
* Strong organisational, problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
* Working at pace and being able to manage the expectations of various managers.
