What will I be doing?
15. Carry out fitness assessments on members as required
16. Conduct fitness programmes and inductions
17. Understand and advise members and guests on the correct usage of gym equipment
18. Ensure adequate coverage of the pool, gym and reception
19. Carry out regular pool tests
20. Maintain cleanliness of reception, changing rooms, poolside and gym facilities
21. Adhere to all health and safety regulations
22. Promote the facilities to hotel residents and perspective members
What are we looking for?
A Fitness Instructor serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
23. NVQ level 2 in a sport-related topic
24. Pool responder & lifeguard skills
25. High level of personal hygiene and grooming standards
