Your new companyWorking for a leading UK contractor in residential construction across the North-West.Your new roleYour new role will be assisting with pre-plastering and general tidy-up on new-build housing sites.
* Clears the area of debris and obstacles.
* Ensures scaffolding and access platforms are safely erected.
* Protects surrounding surfaces (e.g., floors, windows) with coverings
* Cleans walls and ceilings to remove dust, grease, or old paint.
* Applies bonding agents or primers if required.
* Checks for dampness or structural issues that need fixing before plastering.
What you'll need to succeed- CSCS card
- Full PPE
- References
- Experience completing pre-plasters on new-build housing.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will get a long-term contract of 12-18 months with a leading contractor.
