Role Information
You will oversee day-to-day site operations including maintenance, security, health and safety compliance, contractor management and supervision of caretaking staff. You will ensure that the school buildings and grounds remain in excellent condition and fully compliant with statutory regulations.
Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience in site or facilities management
* Strong understanding of health and safety legislation
* Ability to lead a team and liaise with contractors
* Practical maintenance skills essential
Salary: Paid according to experience on the local support staff scale
