Donnelly Jaguar Land Rover have a unique and rare opportunity for a Sales Executive to join us at our impressive dealership. Based at our modern showroom in Dungannon you will join our experienced and well established team. You will be representing two of the motor industries most iconic brands at an exciting time as they lead the way in luxury and innovation. Land Rover, the worlds leading manufacturer of premium all-wheel- drive vehicles; and Jaguar, one of the worlds premier luxury sports saloon and sports cars. The Role: You will be a key member of our well established successful sales team, focusing on maximising opportunities to ensure profitability targets are reached and providing an excellent service for our customers. We can offer you: Industry leading pay and benefits package Job security Continuous development Personal & professional growth About The Role Core Duties: You will be responsible for achieving company targets, securing repeat customer business and building strong relationships. Some responsibilities will be, but are not limited to; Achieving personal and team KPIs Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction to every customer Providing expert and prompt advice to new and existing customers regarding finance and insurance products available Listening to customer requirements and providing solutions to their needs To be considered, you will need: At least 2 years previous experience in a similar sales environment working towards targets A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Maths and English or equivalent Full valid driving license required Skills and Competencies Required: A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office Strong planning and organisational skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure Be able to work independently and also as part of a team Positive, confident, determined approach Driven to meet targets Time management skills Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous but not essential Company Benefits: In return, we will provide you with the following competitive package: Industry leading pay and benefits package Pension Provision Life Insurance Cover Company Health & Well being package which includes membership of Kingsbridge Hospital Diamond Club Access to Group Plan at Health Shield 30 days Annual Leave pro rata Company Vehicle Donnelly Group is an equal opportunities employer The company reserves the right to expand the short listing criteria to facilitate the short listing process.
