With both online and physical store operations, we are rapidly expanding our sales channels across the UK and overseas.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility across retail and online platforms.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retail partners, and distributors.
* Identify new business opportunities, including wholesale clients and collaborations with toy/game brands.
* Support marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and online sales events.
* Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to optimize product offerings.
* Prepare sales reports and assist management with market insights and sales forecasts.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* More than 1 year of sales or retail experience (preferably in toys, games, or consumer goods).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
* Experience in e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, or similar) is a plus.
* Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with suppliers and customers.
* Passion for toys, games, and retail innovation.
