Our client is a well-established, regionally based contractor with a strong track record of delivering both commercial and residential schemes ranging from £2M to £7M. With a growing portfolio of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new 17-unit development for a respected regional social housing provider. As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the scheme from inception through to completion.
