Key Responsibilities As the Senior Site Manager, you will take full ownership of the project from the ground up:
Strategic Leadership: Act as the primary authority on-site, making the final call on operational challenges to maintain momentum.
Sub-Contractor Management: Directly manage and coordinate all sub-contractors, ensuring performance meets Tier 1 quality and safety standards.
Build Delivery: Oversee the entire build process, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and NHBC standards.
Health & Safety: Maintain a culture of safety excellence, ensuring all site activity adheres to rigorous HSE regulations.
Project Execution: Manage timelines and resources to deliver units that meet the award-winning standards the developer is known for.
Requirements To be successful in this role, you must be a "site-first" manager with a proven track record in high-volume or premium residential builds:
Experience: Significant experience as a Number 1 Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within the housing sector.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of residential build stages and managing diverse sub-contractor teams.
Certifications: Must hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card preferred), and First Aid.
Decision Making: A proactive approach with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems in real-time.
