Objective
To develop a pipeline of talent for our processing operations, preparing potential site managers through a comprehensive two-year graduate programme.
Programme Schedule
The Site Management graduate scheme lasts two years, comprising four modules with on-the-job training and classroom/e-Learning components to equip participants with necessary knowledge and skills.

Starting salary: £26k. The first six months involve working as an operator in the waste processing function to understand the business and assess suitability for the sector, with no prior experience required.
Review and Feedback: Upon successful completion, graduates move into supervisory roles, gaining leadership experience and mentorship. Salary increases to £28k.
Further progression involves taking on site responsibility, completing WAMITAB and IOSH certifications, and managing site operations with guidance from regional managers and mentors.
Support and Development
The development programme includes four two-day sessions over two years, covering leadership, teamwork, change management, communication, coaching, people management, influencing, negotiation, delegation, time management, decision making, problem solving, and safety certifications (WAMITAB, IOSH). Additional training includes MBTI, Emotional Intelligence, Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Report Writing, with presentations to senior leadership as part of the review process.
