Our client, a large public sector organisation based in Belfast, is looking for an Administrative Officer to join their team.
Duration: 51 weeks with possible extension
Rate of pay: £12.97
Location: Belfast
Hours: 37 hours per week
Main Duties:
Working within the Department for Communities in the Northern Ireland Civil Service, this role will deliver services for customers based in Great Britain. The role will focus on delivering full services for Pension Credit, with full training provided. Main duties and essential skills may include, but are not limited to:
* Strong call-handling attributes
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers
* Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment
* Ability to work accurately within deadlines and achieve targets
* Basic IT skills and computer literacy with an aptitude for learning new systems
* Organised with good time management skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong work ethic with a desire for personal development
* Excellent attendance and punctuality
This is a full-time, office-based role. Working from home may become available in the future.

Qualifications required: 5 GCSEs A-C, including Maths and English.
