My Client is looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join an international sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop a career in sales with potential for progression and expanded responsibilities over time.
Role Overview
You will start in a sales administration position to gain experience with products, systems, and customer service processes, before transitioning into a Sales Executive role. The position involves supporting customers and the sales team while contributing to business growth.
Initial Administration Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders via phone and email, ensuring accuracy in order entry and documentation.
* Provide excellent customer service on inbound and outbound communications.
* Assist with resolving customer queries.
* Update and track customer orders.
* Coordinate with warehouse or logistics teams to prepare orders for shipment.
* Send product samples to customers.
* Perform general office administration tasks.
Sales Executive Responsibilities:
* Grow existing business and identify new sales opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Plan and organise visits to new and existing customers.
* Maintain accurate sales records.
* Collaborate with colleagues to identify potential product opportunities.
* Attend international trade shows (expenses covered).
* Resolve customer issues effectively.
* Report to sales management.
Requirements
* Minimum of three years experience in customer service or sales.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.
* Experience with SAP or similar systems is desirable.
* Valid passport for international travel.
