Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Executive on behalf of a well-established transportation service provider. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic about making a positive impact in the urban mobility space.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and engage potential customers in a warm, professional manner to initiate meaningful conversations.
* Understand customer background, needs, and purchase timeline to build a comprehensive Customer Profile.
* Provide accurate, engaging information about products and services tailored to individual customer interests.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of all company vehicles and related offerings.
* Contribute to a strong sales pipeline by capturing customer information and arranging test drives or product demos for interested buyers.
* Keep CRM systems updated with customer data, sales progress, and delivery information.
* Prepare vehicles for delivery and conduct orientation sessions for new customers based on their specific needs.
