About the Role
As a Learning Mentor, you will:
* Support pupils' emotional wellbeing and personal development
* Help children overcome barriers to learning
* Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff
* Deliver targeted interventions and mentoring sessions
* Encourage confidence, resilience, and positive behaviour
* Work closely with teachers, parents and external agencies to support pupil success

* Has experience working with children in an educational or pastoral setting
* Is patient, compassionate, and approachable
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Can inspire and motivate young learners
* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
