 
        
        Quality Manager - Hard Services
Equans is looking for a Quality Manager - Hard Services to join our team at Pinderfields Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full‑time role working 37.5 hours per week. The role offers a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
 * Develop, implement and audit a comprehensive compliance framework covering Regulatory, Statutory, Service, Commercial and SHEQ compliance.
 * Prepare audit criteria, programmes and a system of non‑conformance reporting and management in partnership with the Performance and Workflow Manager.
 * Consolidate monthly performance reports for each department and distil them into summary reports for senior leadership.
 * Ensure monthly compliance reports are accurate and validated for the Account Director, Head of Technical Operations and wider senior leadership team.
 * Provide individual and consolidated reports for internal and external audit teams.
 * Identify improvement areas with Technical Services Managers and collate improvement plans for senior leadership.
 * Monitor and trend key compliance indicators, supporting closure of non‑conformances.
 * Maintain personal competence in compliance matters to ensure consistent standards.
 * Design, produce and deliver materials that enable operational leads to follow company standards and address queries on compliance.
 * Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports to senior management, and own the compliance audit plan and tools for all areas.

Who are we looking for?
 * Team leadership, finance knowledge, and business & technical experience.
 * Previous demonstrable management experience in the healthcare environment.
 * ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification.
 * At least 5 years post‑qualification experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills and flexibility.
 * Familiarity with healthcare sector operations and maintenance of healthcare premises.
 * Experience with Permit to Work procedures.
 * Knowledge of healthcare guidance (HTM) is a distinct advantage.
