* Play a crucial role in supporting the human resources function across the college group
* Manage employee records
* Coordinate recruitment processes
* Assist with onboarding
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations
Qualifications
* Previous administrative experience
* Strong organisational skills
* High attention to detail
* Excellent communication abilities
* Good interpersonal skills
* Comfortable dealing with queries face to face, via e-mail, and over the phone
