Job Title: Handyman / Maintenance
Location: Canterbury
Pay rate: £12.28
Contract: Ongoing temporary position
Hours: 30 hours a week, 9am-5pm, Monday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Friday

Our client is looking for a Handyman / Maintenance Operative to help them through a busy period.

1. Minor maintenance jobs
2. Painting doors
3. Delivering parcels
4. Move furniture
5. Sweeping / blowing leaves
6. Roof checks
7. Unload deliveries
8. Hold keys to open and close doors
9. Event set up
10. Basic IT skills required
11. Assist the duty Facilities Assistant with other duties such as fire alarm, refuge point alarm testing, completion of job sheet allocations.
Experience and skills required for this position:
12. Basic DYI skills required.
13. Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, caretaking, or estates would be ideal.
