HR Manager, North Yorkshire
We are seeking an experienced HR professional for a flexible, part-time role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This standalone position reports to the Managing Director and supports the Operations Manager, providing practical HR support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
* Advise on employee relations, policies, and procedures
* Promote a positive company culture and employee wellbeing
* Administer employee benefits and ensure legal compliance
* Develop HR policies aligned with UK employment law
* Support managers with HR queries, coaching, and guidance
Skills & Experience:
* Proven generalist HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
* Ability to work independently and advise at all levels
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices
* Approachable, practical, and solutions-oriented with excellent communication skills
What They Offer:
* £45,000 – £55,000 FTE, pro-rata for 3 days/week
