Job Title: Hotel Sales Executive

As a Hotel Sales Executive, your role will involve executing projects and generating leads to drive revenue growth and support the delivery of our commercial strategy. You will identify new leads and contacts, collaborate with front-of-house teams to boost engagement, conduct sales calls to potential clients, and maintain accurate sales databases. Additionally, you'll perform general administrative duties, including preparing weekly and monthly reports.


Key Skills and Requirements

* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and hotel staff. Strong interpersonal skills are also required.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently under pressure. Attention to detail and experience managing budgets and schedules are important.
* Customer Service Skills: Providing exceptional service to guests, anticipating their needs, and resolving issues promptly are vital for success in this role.
* Knowledge of Event Planning: Ideally, candidates will have experience with logistics, catering, audio-visual equipment, and other aspects of event planning and execution. Staying updated with current trends in hospitality is also beneficial.
* Flexibility: Ability to adapt to last-minute changes and handle unexpected situations with a positive attitude.
* Legal Working Hours: Applicants must have no restrictions on their working hours, as this is a full-time position.
