About the Role
Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Executive to join a well-established dealership representing a leading automotive brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, customer-focused sales professional looking to take the next step in their career within a busy and successful sales environment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every client has a positive buying experience.
* Meet and exceed sales targets for new and used vehicles, finance, and additional products.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
* Assist and mentor junior members of the sales team where required.
* Ensure all sales activities comply with company standards and FCA regulations.
* Accurately complete all relevant documentation and maintain up-to-date records.
* Maintain an understanding of the product range, pricing, and current promotions.
Requirements
* Proven track record in vehicle sales within a franchised or independent dealership.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Strong customer service ethos and ability to build long-term relationships.
* Professional appearance, positive attitude, and self‑motivated approach.
* Full UK driving licence essential.
Package
* Competitive basic salary £[28,000 - 35,000]
* Uncapped OTE £[50,000 - 70,000+]
