About the Role
We're seeking an ambitious HR professional to lead a complete transformation initiative at Cut My. This isn't about maintaining existing systems - you'll be building our people operations from the ground up. Responsibilities
Culture Transformation & Employee Experience
* Lead comprehensive workplace culture transformation initiative
* Establish safe, respectful communication practices across all levels
* Implement anonymous feedback systems and regular employee engagement surveys
* Create structured onboarding programs for manufacturing and office environments
* Design recognition and employee development programs aligned with business success
* Build the benefits and workplace policies that make Cut My a great place to work
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Build strategic recruitment function to support rapid growth
* Develop talent pipelines for manufacturing, operations, and marketing roles
* Create structured interview processes and competency-based assessments
* Partner with leadership on workforce planning and role definition
* Establish employer branding to attract top talent despite location challenges
* Manage relationships with agencies and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies
Your Support Team
You won't be working alone - you'll be working as part of the senior leadership team who are all dedicated to making Cut My a better environment for everyone. You'll report directly to the Technical Director, who is focused on operational excellence and employee development. The owner of the business is passionate about making Cut My an exceptional place to work, committed to investing time and effort in improving facilities, creating an inviting work environment, and building a workplace we can all be proud of. The leadership team also includes experienced managers who understand the unique needs of our manufacturing environment. Qualifications
* 3-5 years HR experience with exposure to culture change, employee relations, or recruitment
* Experience in manufacturing, production, or high-growth environments preferred
* Proven ability to work independently and take initiative on complex projects
* Experience with challenging workplace situations and conflict resolution
* Full-cycle recruitment experience (any industry)
* Full UK driving licence (essential due to industrial estate location)
* Strong leadership potential and interest in developing leadership skills
