You will have overall responsibility of the 24 hour and 7 day a week operation of a high profile, very successful, service orientated service station, convenience store and associated facilities.
Leading by example you will manage and motivate a team ensuring consistently high standards of both site and staff personal presentation. You will be responsible for setting standards, targets, and performance objectives. You will support and work closely with your Assistant Manager and Team by analysing performance and implementing actions and improvements to help us achieve our business targets.

Whether shopping for groceries, buying fuel, using our car cleaning centres or visiting our inhouse retail partners we want our customers, assisted by you, to enjoy their experience and have a desire to return.

STANDARDS – Ensure compliance to all standards across the site
SALES – Driving sales in your site seven days a week 24 hours a day
PROFIT – Responsible for the delivery of profit via the key shop controls in your site
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Some experience in the forecourt and/or retail sector ideally preferred.
Highly self-motivated and disciplined with a strong ability to identify business priorities. Able to perform to high standards whilst working demanding hours across a seven-day week covering a four-week rota, which will include some weekends.
Excellent organisational & communication skills.
Strong people skills with the ability to build effective relationships, inspire, motivate and lead.
A good level of numeracy, use of IT systems, financial awareness and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
Salary circa £29,000k-£31,000k depending on experience
£8k bonus OTE
