A dynamic and fast-growing organisation with a strong mission-driven ethos is seeking a Head of People to lead its people function and help shape an inclusive, high-performing, and purpose-led workplace.
This strategic leadership role will oversee all aspects of the people agenda, including HR, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organisational development. Working closely with the executive team, the Director of People will design and implement a people strategy that supports the company’s ambitious growth plans and fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and impact.
Key responsibilities include leading recruitment and onboarding, developing talent and leadership capabilities, implementing performance and development frameworks, and supporting organisational design and change initiatives. The role also covers HR operations, compliance with UK employment law, compensation and benefits, and the optimisation of people systems and processes.
We’re looking for a seasoned HR leader with experience in high-growth, purpose-driven and investor-backed environments. A background in professional services, M&A, or scaling businesses is essential, as is exposure to exit or refinancing processes.
