The team plays a vital role in reassuring employees about their pension processes and options, especially given the sensitive nature of pension administration.
About The Role
Although some knowledge of Teachers’ Pensions Regulations is advantageous, key requirements include attention to detail and a thorough approach to managing casework. The post involves investigating and resolving concerns raised by members, employers, or scheme administrators, and clearly communicating the steps taken to reach resolution. The ability to explain complex issues and distinguish between guidance and advice is crucial.
This is a hybrid role, mainly working from home, with attendance required once a week at the Stevenage office.
