About The Role
Job Purpose:
To lead our team of Electrical Qualifying Supervisors, driving high standards of quality, compliance, and technical excellence across CCS.
This role is pivotal in strengthening CCSs operational performance by ensuring all electrical installations meet regulatory, NICEIC, MCS, and 18th Edition requirements, while embedding a culture of quality, continuous improvement, accountability, and consistent working practices across the business.
You will work closely with operational teams, providing challenge, coaching, and technical guidance to support the development of engineers, improve job-right-first-time performance, and uphold CCSs Quality Management System.
