European Quality Manager\n\nA leading regulated manufacturing business based in Derby is seeking an experienced European Quality Manager to join their team.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOverall responsibility for quality matters relating to sales, customer expectations and operational performance.\nLead and oversee investigations into manufacturing or operational non-conformances and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.\nReport on the performance of the Quality Management System (QMS), including quality audits, corrective actions, test data analysis and KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.\nManage the Supplier Quality Management programme, ensuring key suppliers are assessed through risk assessments and audits.\nDevelop, implement and maintain Quality Control (QC) processes across the business.\nKey Skills & Experience:\n\nUK-based role with responsibility for quality operations in the UK and Europe, with occasional travel.\nStrong working knowledge of CAPA.\nProven experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems.\nExperienced in auditing manufacturing processes, report writing and driving corrective actions.\nGood knowledge of risk management, validation activities, design controls, process development, pro...
