Lead on Absence Management, providing expert support and delivering enhancements for this specific module. Solve complex problems by resolving incidents via ServiceNow and identifying fixes within the Oracle solution. Collaborate with the team to implement new features and represent Next on Oracle’s Customer Connect Portal. Manage your workflow by keeping Azure DevOps (ADO) user stories and tasks updated with precision. Create detailed documentation and training materials to help others understand and use the system effectively What you'll bring Previous experience configuring Oracle Cloud HCM is essential, with specific experience in the Absence Management module. The ability to clearly articulate messages to different audiences and constructively challenge requirements to find the best solution. You enjoy problem-solving and can remain self-motivated while juggling multiple, changing priorities. Strong time management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
