<div><h3>Join Our People Team</h3><p>We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join our supportive and collaborative People team.</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in delivering a high‑quality, professional HR service.</p><p>You’ll play a key role in supporting the employee journey—from onboarding new starters to supporting managers and maintaining accurate HR records.</p><h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3><h3>Employee Lifecycle Support</h3><ul><li>Preparing contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation</li><li>Supporting onboarding and ensuring new starters are set up for success</li><li>Processing employee changes and maintaining accurate records</li></ul><h3>Recruitment & Onboarding</h3><ul><li>Supporting recruitment activity, including advert posting and interview coordination</li><li>Completing pre‑employment checks (e.g. references, right to work, DBS where applicable)</li><li>Ensuring all compliance checks are completed to a high standard</li></ul><h3>HR Systems & Data</h3><ul><li>Updating and maintaining HR systems</li><li>Producing reports such as absence, turnover, and vacancies</li><li>Ensuring all data is accurate, secure, and GDPR compliant</li></ul><h3>Employee Relations Support</h3><ul><li>Providing administrative support on HR matters such as disciplinary, grievance, and absence processes</li><li>Taking notes at meetings where required</li><li>Preparing letters and documentation</li></ul><h3>General HR Support</h3><ul><li>Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries</li><li>Supporting managers and employees with basic policy guidance</li><li>Assisting with audits, compliance checks, and HR projects</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><h3>Essential</h3><ul><li>Relevant CIPD HR qualification</li><li>Experience working in HR or a People team</li><li>Knowledge of HR processes and employment practices</li><li>Experience in a care or regulated environment</li><li>Familiarity with HR systems</li><li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively</li><li>Discretion and ability to handle confidential information</li><li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><h3>You’ll be:</h3><ul><li>Friendly, professional, and approachable</li><li>Highly organised with a proactive mindset</li><li>Reliable and able to handle sensitive information with care</li><li>A confident communicator who enjoys supporting others</li><li>A team player who thrives in a busy environment</li></ul><h3>Why Join Us?</h3><ul><li>Be part of a supportive and values‑driven organisation</li><li>Play a key role in creating a positive employee experience</li><li>Opportunity to develop your HR career</li><li>Work in a team that values respect, collaboration, and quality</li></ul><h3>Safeguarding</h3><p>We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people we support.
